Unit 1 Examinations
There is a fixed schedule of dates for the examination annually. Future dates for the Unit 1 written paper include:
- Saturday 8 October 2022
- 11th March 2023
- 24th October 2023

Please note that a new DAA syllabus is to be released shortly, and used in assessments from about mid-year.
DAA dates and locations
- March/April in San Francisco, USA (TBD)
- April in Sydney, Australia (TBD)
- July/August at Summer School in St. Andrews, Scotland (TBD)
- August in Canada (TBD)
- Several centres scheduled around the UK (TBD)
Summer School
We have uploaded the Summer School material for the DAA courses. To view the documents please visit the Summer School event page and go to Weeks 2, 3 or 4.
The Technique Advisory Panel (TAP) have looked through the dances appearing under Technique Advisory Panel Dances, as many of the questions were answered in the newest A5 compilation books.
The revisions are now up and you can view them by visiting the page.
